Transfer those old LP's into versatile digital CD's & MP3's!

Got a collection of vinyl that you just can't listen to as much as you'd like because they require you to be tied to your "hi-fi" at home? Why not bring those old LP's into the 21st Century by transferring them to one of today's more convenient formats?  With Watt Productions' Transfer Services you can quickly and easily have your albums transferred to CD that you can listen to anywhere - at home in your stereo, in your computer at your office, or your car!  Plus, with a digital CD copy, you'll be able to easily put those albums on your iPod® or other portable device!

Basic LP Transfer

Basic LP transfer includes a straight transfer of the audio as it is on the source (no enhancements made). Your CD copy will be divided into individual tracks for your convenience.  We are careful, however, to not disrupt the flow of the original recording, where applicable (there won't be a 2-second pause between two tracks that originally ran together on the album). LP transfer includes 1 CD copy of your album.  Extra copies are available for $0.99 each.

CD & Jewel Case Labeling

For a small fee, instead of receiving a standard unlabeled CD, we will label your disc with the information found on the LP itself via a thermal CD printer.  In addition, we will also print jewel case inserts matching the original album artwork on our color laser printers for your new CD copy.

LP Transfer with Restoration

In addition to simply transferring your vinyl to CD, if desired, we can also digitally enhance and restore your albums to a higher sound quality. While it's impossible to create a perfect copy from a damaged one, in most cases we're able to remove most common problems in LP's, like hiss and noise.  In many cases we can also digitally correct skips from your record, as well. By it's very nature, the level of success we can achieve and the cost varies widely from instance to instance.  We can tell you that most restoration jobs run between $10.00 and $25.00 on top of the normal transfer fee (above).

Simple Shipping

For your convenience, we will send you a special LP mailer with return postage already on it.  When you get the mailer, simply drop your albums into it and drop it in the mail.  When we get it we will perform the transfers and ship them right back to you!

Keep in mind that these rates reflect 3-way shipping - the mailer to you, then the albums from you to us and back. Most albums in their cardboard sleeves weight around 1 pound.
