Currently, credit card processing is provided by Google Checkout. This service adds no additional cost for you, but it does require you to register a free account with Google if you don't already have one. The process is very quick, easy, and secure. You'll find that many merchants around the internet are using Google Checkout. It allows you to pay for products and services without ever having to disclose your account information to the merchant. Watt Productions Revisions & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with the end product you receive from Watt Productions. If you are not satisfied we will work with you to address any concerns that you have.

1. RADIO COMMERCIALS
   We will work with you to create exactly what you envision. During the initial process we will provide you with a proof and make edits based upon your feedback. Ultimately, refunds are rarely warranted or necessary because we can edit and adjust the project until it is exactly what you want. If we are unable to satisfy you we will refund whatever money you've paid minus applicable set-up fees. Credit card payments are refunded to the originating credit card and check payments are paid via check. No refunds are possible after the clients has accepted delivery of the spot.
2. TELEPHONE IVR/ON-HOLD & IN-STORE AUDIO
   Telephone IVR systems and On-Hold messages are non-refundable.  You will have an opportunity to proof the recordings before accepting delivery.  Watt Productions will correct any mistakes that are our fault at our own expense. If the client requests changes be made for any other reason than a problem that is our fault may be subject to a revision fee.
3. AUDIO TRANSFER AND RESTORATIOIN
   If there is a problem with your audio transfer we will correct/replace the transfer at our expense. We are not responsible for damages received in transit except for such damage that may arise as a result of improper packaging used in route from our facility back to you. We do offer insured shipping services the client may elect to take advantage of. By its nature, the results of restoration services are subject to the opinions of the listener. We will do the best we can with any restoration projects and will adjust the rate charged according to how successful the restoration process is.  By hiring Watt Productions to restore/enhance your audio recordings you agree that you will be bound by Watt Productions' discretion in matters of the amount charged for restoration services and will accept our determination on how much improvement can be gained.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION WE COLLECT:
Through the course of normal business we will collect certain personally identifiable information about you and/or your business.

1. We do not share your information with any third parties for any reason except as may be required by law.
2. We may periodically send you email messages pertaining to your account with us. These may include emails about any balance due or payments made; current, recent, or upcoming projects; or any other necessary business.
   
3. In addition, we may, from time to time, send you email marketing messages about Watt Productions services or promotions that we would like to share with you. These may include special discounts available to you, etc. You will have the opportunity to opt out of these promotional messages at any time. If you opt out of the promotional messaging you will still receive messages pertaining specifically to your account.
4. We do not store credit card information. If you pay by credit card you will be invoiced each time a payment is required. Since we do not store your credit card information, we cannot automatically charge your card. You must initiate every payment on your account. This is done for your security.
5. Potential client information provided by referral sources may be added to our email marketing database. As always, any persons receiving email marketing messages from Watt Productions may opt out at any time.
