We’ll work with you to write the perfect script for your project and then we’ll have up to two voiceover artists read your script. Having two voices on your on-hold system helps lessen the perception of repetition in your message. We usually suggest alternating a male and a female voice for this purpose. Next, we’ll add the background music and provide you a master to review right here on WattProductions.com. Once everything is approved we’ll send your project in whatever format you need. This always includes a CD.

For the inclusive price, we’ll do your IVR menu system with up to 9 options and your on-hold loop. If using one voice, the on-hold loop is usually about seven and a half minutes long. With two voices, the on-hold loop is usually about fifteen minutes long.
